Technical Documentation
For Andave, documentation is the blueprint for success. We prepare precise timelines and detailed technical specifications to ensure every phase of the project stays on track. By working closely with your project manager, we eliminate guesswork and maintain a transparent workflow that keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned from start to finish.
Manufacturing
We start with Microvellum, a high end AutoCAD based software that turns digital designs into a precise DNA for our machinery. This data drives our SCM CNC technology, featuring a Pratix router for perfect computer-led cutting and a hot melt edge bander that can apply solid edges up to 6mm thick for maximum durability.
Installation
We treat your project with absolute priority, guaranteeing to complete the entire installation before moving our team to another job. We hold ourselves to a strict standard of punctuality, offering a $100 discount for every day we are late and we are prepared to fix, alter or change any detail on-site immediately if it does not match our agreed upon plans.
