  1. Promoter Details & Eligibility
  • The Promoter: The promotion is conducted by ‘Andave Cabinets’, a division of BIJ Family Group Trust (ABN: 50 271 532 564) located at 41 Jarrah Dr, Braeside Melbourne VIC 3195.

  • Eligible Entrants: Entry is open exclusively to Victorian residents aged 18 years or older who are homeowners or clients engaging Andave Cabinets for projects within Victoria.

  • Exclusions: Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members, and corporate partners or agencies associated with this campaign are ineligible to enter.

  1. Promotional Period
  • Start and End Dates: The promotion commences on 07/09/2026 at 9:00 AM AEST and closes on 31/12/26 at 5:00 PM AEST. All eligible custom cabinetry orders must be placed within this period.

  • Draw Date: The winner will be drawn and announced on 15/01/2027.

  1. How to Enter (The Mechanics) To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
  • Step 1: Complete an online estimate using the Andave estimate calculator.

  • Step 2: Participate in the required follow-up consultation with the Andave design team.

  • Step 3: Finalise, approve, and sign a custom cabinetry contract or quote with Andave within the specified promotional period.

  • Step 4: Pay the required initial deposit or lock-in fee to officially secure the project build. Doing so automatically registers the entry into the giveaway draw.

  • Entry Limit: Entries are restricted to one entry per eligible signed project contract.

  1. Prize Details & Fulfilment
  • Prize Breakdown: The total prize consists of $1,200 worth of grocery vouchers specifically redeemable at Coles or Woolworths.

  • Staggered Distribution: The total prize of $1,200 will be distributed as $200 per month consecutively for a period of 6 months, issued as electronic or physical gift cards or vouchers.

  • Prize Conditions: Vouchers are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the issuing retailers (Coles/Woolworths), are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  1. Project Cancellation & Refund Clauses
  • Cancellation Penalty: If an eligible entrant cancels their custom cabinetry contract after the statutory cooling-off period or after design and production has commenced, their entry into the giveaway becomes null and void. Any awarded grocery vouchers must be returned to the Promoter, or their monetary equivalent will be deducted from any refunded deposit amounts.

  1. Winner Notification & Publication
  • How Winners Are Notified: The winner will be notified directly via telephone and email within 48 hours of the draw.

  • Unclaimed Prizes: If the winner cannot be reached or claims are unclaimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize re-draw will take place.

  • Publicity: By entering the promotion, winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name, likeness and project imagery for promotional and marketing purposes related to the win without additional compensation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize. This includes liability arising from website outages preventing calculator submissions, unexpected modifications or unavailability of third-party retail vouchers, or supply chain delays affecting building schedules.
