- East Coast Expansion: We are preparing to expand from Melbourne into New South Wales and Queensland to reach larger markets.
- Comprehensive Solutions: Our goal is to evolve into a full-service fit-out provider by adding plumbing, electrical, and flooring services.
- Revenue Goals: We are currently forecasting annual revenue of approximately AUD 10m for FY27.
- Future Vision: After executing our expansion, we will consider a potential sale in approximately three years, with a target valuation of AUD 30m–50m.
- Self-Funded Growth: We plan to self-fund these initiatives, though we remain open to external equity capital to assist our momentum.
- Currently operating three factories in Melbourne with a dedicated team of 20, we remain committed to delivering excellence across the commercial, retail, medical, and high-end residential sectors.
